1. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed at saisei.ee. By placing an order you accept them. The version shown at the time of your order applies; we may update them, and the current version is always on this page. Last updated October 2026.
2. The seller
saisei.ee is run by Saisei OÜ, registry code 16893833, Roseni tn 13, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. Our store is at Lāčplēša iela 23, Riga. Write to us at info@saisei.ee.
3. The pieces
Everything we sell is vintage or pre-owned and one of a kind. Each piece is sold as described on its page: the condition line states what we found, the measurements are taken from the garment itself, and the photos show it as it is. Colours may differ slightly between screens. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
4. Ordering
An order is placed in the checkout and the contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation by e-mail. Our pieces are also for sale in the store; should a piece have been sold there before your order reached us, we tell you at once and refund the full amount.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and final; they include all taxes. Payment is made through Montonio by bank transfer, card or MobilePay. We never see your card details.
6. Delivery
Orders are sent from Riga with DPD, tracked, within three working days of the order. The shipping cost is shown in the checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates. The parcel is delivered when it is handed over at your door or placed in the parcel locker you chose. We ship within the European Union; for other countries, write to us for a quote — customs duties and fees outside the EU are paid by the buyer.
7. Every sale is final
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is one of a kind and sold with a full description, measurements and photos so that you can decide with everything in view. Should a piece arrive other than described, write to us within three days of delivery, with photos, and we will put it right.
8. Your data
We use your details only to deliver your order and to answer you, and keep them no longer than the law requires. See the privacy policy.
9. Photos and texts
The photos and texts on saisei.ee are ours. Please do not use them without asking.
10. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we settle things by e-mail. A consumer may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee).
