1. Who is responsible
Saisei OÜ, registry code 16893833, Roseni tn 13, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, is responsible for the personal data collected on saisei.ee. Questions about it: info@saisei.ee.
2. What we collect, and why
When you order: your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the parcel locker you chose and what you ordered — to deliver the order, send you the confirmation and the tracking number, answer your questions, and keep the records the accounting law requires.
When you write to us: your name, e-mail address and the message — to answer you.
When you join the newsletter: your e-mail address — to send you news from the store until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.
When you book a time in the store: your name, e-mail address and phone number — to confirm the visit.
We do not sell your details or pass them on for anyone else’s marketing.
3. Who else sees it
Only the companies needed to run the shop, and only what each one needs: Montonio for the payment (we never see your card details), DPD for the delivery (your name, address, phone number and e-mail go with the parcel), and Veebimajutus, where the site and our e-mail are hosted, in the EU.
4. How long we keep it
Order details for seven years, as Estonian accounting law requires. Messages for as long as it takes to answer them and a reasonable time after. Your newsletter address until you unsubscribe.
5. Cookies
saisei.ee uses only the cookies the shop needs to work — to remember what is in your bag and to keep you signed in to your account. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use — write to info@saisei.ee. If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
