Orders & payment
Prices are in euro and final. Pay by bank transfer, card or MobilePay through Montonio. You receive a confirmation by e-mail once the payment is through, and a second e-mail with the tracking number when the parcel is on its way.

Orders are dispatched from Riga within three working days; the tracking number comes by e-mail. Outside the EU: write to us for a quote — customs duties and fees are paid by the buyer.
Receiving the parcel
DPD sends the locker code by SMS and e-mail; the parcel waits in the locker for a few days. If anything goes wrong on the way, write to us and we sort it out with DPD.
Every sale is final
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is one of a kind, described, measured and photographed so that you can decide with everything in view. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.
Authenticity
Every piece is authenticated before it enters the collection: label, construction, hardware, date codes, the details each house is known for. Should you ever have a doubt about a piece from us, write to us.
Condition & care
Everything we sell is vintage or pre-owned; the condition line on each listing says exactly what we found. Pieces are professionally cleaned before they are listed. Afterwards: follow the label; wool and cashmere flat and folded, silk by hand or dry cleaned, leather and suede away from water.
Sizing & measurements
Vintage sizes are not today’s sizes, so go by the measurements on each listing and compare them with a piece you own. Bust, chest, waist and hips are full circumference. Unsure? Write to us before you order.
The store
Lāčplēša iela 23, Riga. Wednesday – Friday 12:30–18:00, Monday – Tuesday by appointment. A piece from the e-store can also be collected in the store — write to us after ordering.
